PDF Splitter
About this tool
Extract selected pages from a single PDF and save each range as its own document. Drag and drop to reorder the queued ranges, then download individual PDFs or collect everything in a ZIP archive when multiple splits are defined. All processing happens entirely in your browser (no data is sent).
Controls & range management
Select a PDF file.
Use commas to add multiple segments (example: 1-4,7,10-12). Duplicate pages are merged automatically.
Queued ranges
Load a PDF and configure the ranges to extract.
How to use
- Load a PDF: Choose a local file under PDF to split and confirm the detected page count.
- Register page ranges: Enter something like 1-3,5 in Page ranges to extract and click Add range.
- Reorder as needed: Drag the handle on the left of each range to change the output order. Use Download range for individual exports.
- Export everything: When multiple ranges are queued, click Download ZIP to save them all at once.
Notes
- Page numbers must be integers starting at 1. Any out-of-range value will stop the extraction.
- Splitting large PDFs or building ZIP archives can take time. Keep the browser tab open until the status shows completion.
- Output names combine the base name with a summary of each range. Adjust Base name for output files if you prefer a different prefix.
